As we are quick to offer ourselfs up for distress or obstacles that happen outside of us, in that process we easily forget ourselfs. With the general sentiments making it harder for us to talk about differences it also takes a toll on how we view ourselfs. Without having a rooted or balanced sense of being it is getting harder and harder to go through these times with a enjoyable feeling. I provide guidance for individuals or groups to excavate this. I offer this with methodes rooted in indigeonous knowledge and holistic practises.
